Terms and Conditions for Raf

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Raf application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Enrich Agency Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

5. AI Scanning Feature

Raf provides AI-based book scanning functionality.

You acknowledge:

  • AI-generated results may contain errors
  • extracted information should be verified by the user
  • AI scanning must not be used for illegal or harmful content

We reserve the right to limit or suspend AI usage where misuse is detected.

6. Payments and Credits

Certain features may require payment including AI scan credits or subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Unless required by law:

  • digital purchases are non-refundable
  • credits may expire or change as described in the Service

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance
  • updates
  • infrastructure issues
  • circumstances beyond our control

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if users:

  • violate these Terms
  • misuse the platform
  • attempt to compromise system security

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

All Raf software, design, branding, and system architecture remain the property of Enrich Agency Ltd.

Users may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrich Agency Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including:

arising from the use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI-generated results and stored data are provided for informational purposes only.

Users are responsible for verifying accuracy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
